Institute scientists have also tackled the epidemiology of issues such as addiction, and suicide and have developed novel theoretical perspectives; mounted multi-method field studies to address cluster suicides; harmonized big data sources to answer previously blocked questions; and worked both with and across countries on the toll of these health issues.
