Leticia Gonzalez is one of two administrative coordinators with the Irsay Institute. Leticia (Tish) has been with the university for many years in various capacities; student/alumna, graphic designer, freelance designer, senior administrative assistant, and now senior administrative coordinator.
Leticia has spent most of her time at IU. As a student, she earned her BFA, bachelor’s in fine arts, with a concentration in graphic design. She began her career at IU as a graphic designer with the Office of Publications and then moved on to the Office of Communications and Marketing.
Leticia left the university for a while but continued freelancing as a designer while pursuing another career in real estate. She returned to the university as a full-time office assistant at La Casa/Latino Culture Center. At La Casa, she was able to interact with the Latino students, staff, and faculty at IU. She was able to share her Mexican roots with the Latino community at La Casa.
Leticia is married to a fellow IU alum and IU staff member, David Gonzalez. They are parents to three very demanding dogs, Bella, Ellie, and Oliver.
