Biography
Guangquan is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Sociology at Indiana University. His research interests include gender, sexualities, culture, and medical sociology. He uses qualitative methods to explore queer people’s interpretation of relationality in China. At the Irsay Institute, he works under the project of Stigma & Social Exclusion and studies the intersectional stigma attached to mental illness.
