Biography

Caroline Brooks is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Sociology. Her research broadly spans medical sociology, social psychology, and social networks. Caroline is particularly interested in public perceptions of pain and how the experience of chronic pain and chronic illness is shaped by and shapes social relationships, the self, and wellbeing.
